Brent was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and went to The University of Texas at Austin to receive a Masters in Accounting and obtain his CPA license. He then worked in Austin for PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked with Fortune 500 Companies in the Audit division.

He moved back to El Paso to help out his family business of Yes We Do Hair Salons. Experiencing firsthand the frustrations of getting help for a small business, he was inspired to create El Paso Impact Consulting in order to help local businesses and individuals get the CPA and business help needed for their small business to thrive.
